Soul flow /
spiritual direction
There are many ways to refer to this work: spiritual direction, spiritual accompaniment, soul coaching.
At its heart it is a 1:1 conversation where I hold space for your to explore your journey of spirituality / faith.
An Introduction to Soul flow
It is a conversation, but not in the usual sense. It is slower, more spacious, more embodied. A place where you are met as a whole person and your curiosities and what may be unfolding can be explored, gently or expressively, without pressure to resolve or define it too quickly.
It is about being present with what is stirring, shifting and asking to be noticed within you.
Rather than answers, advice or instruction, this is a practice of soul companionship and co-presence with the Spirit — in all the ways that may be felt or known — a journey where you are held in care and where even 1% truer alignment can unlock something magical.

when is this work helpful
People may come in many ways: through moments of transition or awakening, or a quieter, more gradual sense that something is asking for attention. In a world that feels increasingly fast and fragmented, it offers a more reflective rhythm; a chance to soften, settle, and return to what is being lived, not only what is being achieved.
Soul Flow / Spiritual Direction is relational and co-created; shaped around your experience as it unfolds. You are accompanied by another person as you notice, discover, and make sense of what is arising.
It provides a place for what is felt but hard to articulate, and can offer a sense of clarity and calm, moments of insight, and a kind of wisdom that lands and stays.

How is Spirit understood?
‘Spirit’ is held here expansively. This is your process, shaped by your own understanding. It may be named as God, held in other ways, or not named at all.
This space is open to all traditions, identities, beliefs and non-beliefs. What matters is not the language, but your own inward journey, wherever you are starting from.
You are not required to arrive with certainty, only a willingness to be present to what is.
I extend a particular welcome to LGBTQ+ people, neurodiverse people, and anyone who has felt less at home in more traditional faith spaces.

“If you are wondering whether you need to be familiar with the language of God or the church in order to come to spiritual direction, you do not. However you understand your own sense of aliveness or the divine, Sonia can meet you there.”
