i’m glad you’re here

1.
In-person sessions
London-based spaces
(can include non-faith and faith settings)
This offers a grounded, shared physical presence in a quiet, private and contained space. It can support depth, focus and a sense of presence, particularly if being in the same room feels important for you.
I’m currently exploring different venue options in different locations.
Practical considerations such as travel, accessibility, and room availability are always taken into account.

2.
Online sessions
Via Google Meet or Zoom
This offers flexibility and ease and works well if you prefer to meet from your own space, have accessibility needs, are not based in London, or require something that fits more easily around everyday life and schedules.
Considerations may include the impact of screen-based connection or digital fatigue over time, which we can remain attentive to together.

3.
In-nature sessions
In or near London(to be agreed in advance)
A signature way of working, these sessions take place outdoors, with nature becoming part of the process. Many people find that being outside helps thoughts and feelings flow more freely, creating a spacious, reflective environment where the natural surroundings can support and mirror inner exploration.
Sessions can take place in a garden, park, woodland, by a river, or another natural space of your choice.
Locations are chosen carefully, considering comfort, accessibility, privacy, safety, and weather.

4.
retreats / events
Occasionally I run retreats or other events.

Get started
1. Your First Step
We’ll start with a free introductory conversation of around 20–30 minutes, usually by video call. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other a little: what has brought you here, what matters to you, and what you’re hoping for. We can also touch on anything important for your comfort or accessibility, and sense together whether this feels like a good fit.
There’s nothing to prepare. You don’t need to be certain before you begin.
2. Intro Session
If you want to proceed, we’ll arrange a one-hour introductory session. This is where we begin working together more directly, exploring what is present in your life and inner experience, and sensing how this journey might unfold for you. We’ll also talk about how we might work over time, usually in monthly sessions, which many people find allows a deeper process to emerge gradually.
The shape of our work can vary. It may be primarily conversational, or it might include reflection, silence, writing, making, walking, movement or drawing.
3. Types of Session
I offer three different ways to work together (see above), each offering the same core practice, held in different environments.
– Sessions are 1 hour
– Online, in-person or in-nature
– Usually take place every 4–6 weeks
Each way of working holds equal value. Whether online, in-person or in-nature, the depth of the work is not dependent on location, but on presence and attention. Some people find online sessions just as spacious, intimate and effective as in-person work.
4. Pricing
Standard cost: £75 per hour
Lower tier: £60/session
Pay it forward tier: £90/session
If the lower tier is still beyond your means, please get in touch and I’m happy to discuss options.
For those who are able to pay more, the pay-it-forward option means you can help fund discounted slots for others.
